  • Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
  • In some cases, we may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order before dispatch.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect customer information may experience delays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Aqsoraj may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders meeting specific requirements.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, Aqsoraj may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

For COD orders:

  • Please provide a valid and reachable phone number.
  • Our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm the order.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.
  • Customers are requested to accept genuine orders placed through Aqsoraj.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or shipment details through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.

You can use the provided tracking information to check the status of your shipment through the relevant courier service.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name
  • Mobile phone number
  • House/Shop number
  • Street/Area
  • City
  • Any other information required for successful delivery

Aqsoraj will not be responsible for delays or additional delivery attempts caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the courier may return the parcel to Aqsoraj.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch of the returned order.

9. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery whenever possible.

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with, please contact Aqsoraj customer support as soon as possible and provide photographs or videos of the package and product.

This will help us investigate the issue with our courier partner.

10. Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with our courier partners to provide timely delivery, Aqsoraj cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Road closures
  • Courier operational issues
  • High-volume shopping periods
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Unforeseen circumstances

11. International Shipping

At present, Aqsoraj primarily offers shipping within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery conditions will be communicated before dispatch.
